Fun at the Zoo
We went to the zoo a few weeks ago (with our wonderful season passes), and I'm finally getting around to post pictures of it. It was a great day. The weather was just perfect, and the kids were well-behaved the whole time. They loved it!
This hippo was right up against the glass; it was really neat seeing it up close.

I love the zoo!! I can't wait until Elena is old enough for me to have an excuse to go - it's been ages since I went to a zoo!
Kyle has a field trip to the San Diego Zoo coming up next week, hopefully it won't be too crazy! I'm of course going as a chaperone - he's only in 3rd grade for goodness sake! Oh - and I love the picture of Kara screaming - the reflection in the glass is hilarious! :)
