New Thing

We went shopping at Sam's Club today, and the bathrooms were brand spankin' new. They had these new hand dryers in them that we thought were pretty snazzy.

It's the new Dyson Airblade™ Hand Dryer; claiming to be the world's fastest hand dryer, this technology "scrapes" the water off your hands. Kinda neat. (They ARE pretty noisy, though, and scared Joshua, haha.) Have you seen them?

14 Inches Off

The 4th

We watched fireworks at SeaWorld on the 4th of July. This year, NOBODY was afraid of them!

Our New Pet

...Not really. This rabbit was hopping around the backyard last week. Brian tossed it some carrots, and the kids had fun watching it. Then we all left to run some errands, and it was gone by the time we came back.

Gym

Some friends invited us to a birthday party at a gym, and it was so much fun! Thanks again, E family!

A Date

A few weeks ago Brian and I went to see Wicked. Neither of us had ever been to a Broadway show before, and we wanted good seats. Oh, the view was superb from 4 rows from the front, slightly off-center! We both enjoyed the show very much and would love to see it again sometime. (Thanks to our friends for watching the kids!)

Happy Birthday, Joshua!

My little man turned two today. He kept saying happy birthday ("happy buh-bay") all day (you can see him singing along with us a little in the video). Joshua is quite the climbing little monkey and likes getting into things and making messes. At the same time, he also likes cleaning (namely, washing the kitchen table and his high chair tray). He's a pretty smart kid and can string several words together. Joshua can count to three, and he knows he's two but used to be one. Oh, and he now wears big boy underwear (woot!). I love him!
